It's tuesday and this week it falls on gym day. I do feel motivated today so that is good. I have been doing the gym routine every other day since mid December, and I think its going well. There were a few days here and there that i slipped, but overall I have stuck with it.
Only problem is I seem to be gaining weight rather than losing it. Perhaps I need to change my diet or eating habits around. When I started in December, my weight was 200lbs, give or take a few each day. But since January, I have shot up to 220lbs. Weird.
I suppose its muscle. I mean, I do look better, I have slimmed down some, and everyone is noticing the change. Everything I have to wear is starting to get a little tight on the chest and arms. And theres a few I can't fit into anymore. I would really like to go down to 190lbs, getting down to 185lbs is stretching it i think. I even changed my workout routine, but so far nothing has worked. At least I dont look fat. hahaha. I hope I dont have to change my eating habits. I like my eating habits, and its not like I eat a lot of junkfood. I usually avoid them except for the usual cravings every other week.
Anyways, I'll check with the trainer at the gym and see what he says.
So the goal from now to June: Lose 2 inches off the waist, add an 1 1/2 inches to chest, and an inch to arms.
I think I can do it, I know I can!
